Outlook/Gmail Productivity

Have you ever felt overwhelmed at work? Do you have hundreds or even thousands of emails in your inbox and wonder how to make sense of it all? Does this email overload cause you to miss emails or wake up sweating in the middle of the night because you forgot to respond to someone important?  

If you responded yes to any of these questions, then our Outlook/Gmail Productivity course was designed with you in mind.  

The minimum target of this offering is to literally double meaningful output in the same number of hours spent in order to create more time for work/life balance. 

Sessions can be set up with individuals or small groups of people and we offer the following structure: 


 

Day 1:

A two hour session to go over meta-skills, methodology, live demo, user Outlook/Gmail setting changes and interactive practice for each student to practice the new way of working. 

 Day 2:

Roughly two to three weeks later, a second visit for open Q&A and methodology/settings review to ensure everyone is off the runway and comfortable with the new way of working. 

 
 

Ongoing:  

After the two initial sessions, all attendees have support access via email or phone for questions as they continue to work in this new way. 

Trainings can be scheduled either in person (one-on-one or groups) or via videoconference. Pricing depends on the number of attendees per training.
